Computerized melting control systems monitor and control the melt, diagnose faults, maximize power usage, minimize power charges and perform a variety of additional tasks. Inductotherm computer systems provide more precise control of the entire melting process.

Melt-Manager® Plus™ Control System:
The VIP® Melt-Manager® Plus™ computer control system is Inductotherm’s next generation of built-in melt automation technology. In addition to the melt system controls found on the original Melt-Manager® system, this has been expanded and redesigned with a new easy-to-use interface. All controls and system data are displayed and operated on a touch-sensitive, flat-panel computer video monitor. Control of the induction furnace is simple and fast.

Meltminder® 200 Control System:
Inductotherm’s Meltminder® 200 induction furnace control system supports a Microsoft Windows-based user interface and provides a full range of operational controls for up to six furnaces as well as extensive diagnostic, maintenance and management information functions.
